Don't Remind Me That It's Still February, and a Video

We've had wonderful weather for the past few days. It has been in the 60s, sunny, and breezy. Of course the ground is still very saturated, but this weather has made me feel SO good! It's supposed to rain tonight, but I don't really care, as long as the temps stay in the 60s and the sun shines tomorrow. I'm probably getting my hopes up, of course!

I wish I had something interesting to write about, but I simply don't.

I was going through some files today and found a video that Eler Beth and I did last summer of her and her 'possum, Clark. She was going to put it in her journal but never did. So I think I'll post it here tonight. Clark has almost doubled in size now. I'll have to get some more recent pictures of her. This is a cute video, though, and it has occurred to me that no one but Anne knows how Eler Beth and I sound when we talk. Well, watch this video and you'll know too. Hope it gives you a smile.

Wow, it's amazing...you have NO ACCENT whatsoever! ;)

I love the look on Eler Beth's face when you ask if she's going to sing. Too cute!

Maybe you can help me with this...I always thought that opossums were more nocturnal, but I've been seeing a big one hanging out in our front yard during the day, and under the deck eating cast-off bird seed. I was really surprised to see him/her in the middle of the day, because generally I see them at dusk or at night!

Great video, and although some don't care for them, I think opossums are pretty darn cute.

Well, I've got to admit it....Clark is cute. However, Eler Beth is cuter and I do wish she would sing. I think it was warmer there and here in AZ today. It only was in the 50's here and it was rained for days. Just 2 hrs north of here and 1 hr west of here they have had a foot or more of snow. Burrrr! Anne

I am beyond thrilled to see and hear Eller Beth first thing this morning. I do adore your kids anyway and if I was closer, I'd 'Grandma' or 'Auntie' them to the spoiled point. You could send them to my house when they're getting on your nerves. haha But TX is a bit of a distance from GA to just pop over isn't it? I always thought possums were nasty and germ carrying rodents like large rats. Eller Beth has me rethinking it. The look on her face was priceless when you asked her to sing. If she sings we would all love to hear her.
What a beautiful daughter you have! When she's old enough to date you're going to have to send a chapperone with her.

Love to you all,
Nelishia

I really enjoyed seeing this video of a little girl I have come to enjoy through your stories about her. I think she has quite the entertaining personality. I hope there will be more! I am really glad to meet Eler Beth in video!

I loved the video! She's is a beautiful kid. I never knew you could have an opposum as a pet. It looks so loving, despite the stories you hear about them. Did Eler Beth ever get her room done? (Hugs)Indigo
